The iPad Air 4 is where the iPad range grew up. Flat sided design, a proper laminated screen with no air gap under the glass, USB-C instead of Lightning, and Touch ID built into the power button. It supports the second generation Apple Pencil, which charges magnetically on the side rather than sticking out of a port.
A retail return, restored in our workshop with the battery verified at 90 percent.

The laminated screen is the difference you notice. Drawing or writing on it feels like marking the glass rather than something floating underneath it.
